Mary Hellen Bowers became famous after she trained Natalie Portman for Black Swan. Cultivating a ballerina body is A LOT harder than it looks. These workouts are brutal but extremely effective. They’re divided up into segments of 15 minutes and focus on different parts of the body such as butt, arms, and legs. Basically, after a couple of months of this, it’s almost impossible not to have a tight, toned, and elegant body. My personal favorite is the body blast, but she offers a range of DVDs suitable to different preferences.
